Hi, I am Cathy and come from a family of small business owners and have always been especially inspired by the ladies in my family.

When I moved to Richmond, VA after college, I instantly fell in love with the farmers' and makers' scene. In my personal search for sensitive skin friendly products, I met a group of talented female artisans. I was in awe of the way they uplifted each other and wanted to enrich their community. It reminded me of my family, how I watched them overcome obstacles and provide with their craft and business savvy.

Seeing their passion, it motivated me to follow my own. Bit of Blisse is a combination of my deep appreciation for supporting small businesses and love of gift giving (my personal love language).
