When will my order be shipped?

  • Your order will be processed and shipped within 1-3 business days from when your order is placed. We do offer expedited shipping at checkout.

How long will it take my order to arrive?

  • For standard shipping, your order should arrive within 3-5 business days after processing time. If you need your items sooner, we offer expedited shipping options. 
  • Please note that orders shipped out on Fridays via UPS Next Day Air may not be delivered on Saturdays, and will likely arrive on Monday. Unfortunately, we cannot guarantee Saturday delivery as this service is only available in select metropolitan areas.
  • We ship Monday through Friday from 9 AM to 5 PM EST. We also observe the following holidays and will not be shipping orders during these times: MLK Jr Day, President's Day, Memorial Day, 4th of July, Labor Day, Thanksgiving, and from 12/24-1/1 annually.

Where do you ship from?

  • We ship from Richmond, VA ships out packages Monday through Friday from 9 AM to 5 PM EST. Transit times for delivery will vary depending on your specific needs and location.
  • We know how important it is to receive your order in a timely manner, and we'll do our best to get it to you as quickly as possible.

Can I track my order?

  • Yes! When your order is out for shipment, we’ll send you a shipping confirmation email with a tracking link.

How are the items shipped?

  • If you purchase items individually, your order will arrive individually packaged. Only items purchased through our Build Your Own Box option arrive in our custom gift box packaging.

I need to change my order's shipping address, and it hasn't shipped yet.

  • We understand that sometimes plans change, and you may need to update your shipping address. If your order has not yet been processed or shipped, we will do our best to accommodate your request. To request an address change, please email bitofblisse@outlook.com as soon as possible and include your order number and the updated information. We'll be happy to help if we can! However, if your order has already been processed and shipped, we may not be able to make any changes. Please reach out to us, and we'll do everything we can to assist you.

What are the gift box dimensions?

  • We offer two gift box sizes : Our Standard gift box measures 9.25 x 6.75 x 3.5 inches, and our Deluxe gift box is larger at 13 x 10 x 4.5 inches. Please note that the size of your gift box will vary based on your custom selections.

Do you offer personalized boxes?

  • Yes! We offer the option to include a personalized card with your order, which we will hand write ourselves to give it that special touch.

Can I purchase items individually?

  • Absolutely! We offer both individual item purchases and a Build Your Own Box option, so you can customize the perfect gift to suit your needs. Whether you're looking to purchase a single item or create a unique, personalized gift, we've got you covered!

What is your policy on returns or exchanges?

  • We understand that sometimes things don't work out as expected, and we want to make sure you have the best experience with us. While all orders are final, please don't hesitate to reach out to us within 5 days of receiving your order if you have any issues. In the rare instance that your item arrives damaged or wrong, we're here to help! Just send an email to bitofblisse@gmail.com within 5 days of receiving your order our team members will be more than happy to assist you.

I changed my mind, can I cancel my order? 

  • No, unfortunately, we do not accept order cancellations.

What type of payment options do you accept?

  • You can pay using Visa, MasterCard, American Express, or Discover cards. Additionally, we accept online payment methods such as Shopify Pay, Google Pay, Amazon Pay, and Apple Pay.
