SKYELUNACO

Meet Regie:

SkyeLunaCo started in 2021 in Powhatan, VA. Regie served in the army for 7 years before transitioning to being a stay at home mom. Regie's passion for her products is akin to a mother's love for her children, and she strives to give them the best version of herself.

Her self-care essentials business, SkyeLunaCo, was named after her son's middle name, Skye, and her dream of naming her future daughter Luna. We are thrilled to announce that Regie's dream has come true, as her family will welcomed their rainbow baby girl, Luna, in May 2023.

ONE ROSE DECOR

Meet Emily:

Emily, the proud owner of One Rose Decor located in Midlothian Virginia, has a deep appreciation for vintage and salvaged items. Her boutique opened in 2016 offering a unique shopping experience that blends the old and the new. With the support of her community, Emily opened up her second location in 2024.

One Rose Decor features Emily's signature candles and showcases the work of over 20 local artists who share her passion for creating handmade and repurposed goods. Her ultimate goal is to create a space where people feel happy and inspired.

SPIRIT GLOW HOME & BODY

Meet Evelyn:

What started as a hobby to escape the chaotic world during covid quarantine turned into a passion for Evelyn. She started pouring candles with special messages as gifts for birthdays and holidays. Thanks to a dear friend's push, she turned this hobby into a full fledge business where she pours out of her home studio in Fort Meyers, FL.

Her goal is to create an elevated, luxury piece of scented goodness that sparks a positive light in everyone's home. Each product is thoughtfully created with a more natural approach in mind, free of parabens, phthalates and toxins.

EAST HOUSE CHANDLERY

Meet Laura:

East House Candle Co is based out of Laura's home studio in Powhatan Va. She started in 2022 after realizing her love of fragrance. She believes that everyday moments should feel special and that aromatics can elevate any daily ritual.

She started pouring luxe candles made with vegan home fragrance goods that are sustainable, free of parabens, phthalates and toxins. In 2024, she added a line of body care items focused on the same thought for a clean and more natural option.

LATHER & SOUL SKINCARE

Meet Pam:

Pam's journey into skincare started with a passion and passion for science and chemistry. Disheartened by the skincare industry, she vowed to brings ethics, integrity and education to the forefront. Each product is thoughtfully and intentionally made, from the meticulous sourcing of ingredients and label transparency, to the packaging considerations and environmental impact.

Her journey was marked by challenges that tested her spirit and determination. Lather + Soul Skincare grew with her through these trials and it became a beacon of hope. More than a brand, it is an invitation to embrace the blend of nature, science and self-love.

NOLA SOAPWORKS

Meet Christine:

From the very beginning, Christine believed "Simple Ingredients - Simple Beauty". She believes in using the power of nature to cleanse, soothe, protect and heal your skin. She believes what goes into her products impact how your skin feels.

She prides herself on using natural ingredients to create a naturally beautifully you. When creating products, Christine uses locally grown fruits, vegetables, milks and more. That being said her products are free of parabens, sulfates and phthalates.

MAD SASS SOAPS

Meet Naomi:

Mad Sass Soap Co was started in 2018 when Naomi was searching to find skincare for her sensitive eczema prone twins. She spent countless hours researching and testing recipes and found success. She created recipes that was soothing yet hydrating and most importantly compatible for those with sensitive skin types.

Naomi took a leap of faith and opened up her own shop in Portland, OR in 2020. Despite the challenges of covid, she focused on welcoming customers safely and creating natural, plant based products. She has built a small team with the same passion for clean skincare and opened her second location in 2024.

LEEBRICK

Meet Alicia:

Alicia is the founder of a wonderful family venture that creates bath and body products with scents that transport you back to your childhood. Alicia is a true artisan, creating her products in small batches with the finest fragrance oils and never using any harsh chemicals.

Her business is a family affair, with Alicia serving as the owner and Chief Creator, Michael as the Chief Fixer, Annaliyah as the Chief Quality Assurance Officer, and Adalyn as the Chief Scent Inspector. Through her creativity and dedication, Alicia has turned her family's unique experiences into a business that brings joy to others.

BEE INSPIRED

Meet Kara:

Kara, the owner of Bee Inspired, had a passion for painting with encaustic (a unique art form that uses beeswax) which led her to beekeeping. After setting up her first hives, Kara soon realized that bees are not just producers of wax but also play an essential role in pollination and honey production. She recognized the importance of honeybees in our daily lives.

She believes that every individual can make a difference, no matter how small, and hopes to encourage others to join her in creating a more sustainable future.

BIG HEART TEA CO.

Meet Lisa:

Lisa, the founder of Big Heart Tea Co., used her training in Ayurveda and her culinary knowledge to develop a growing line of herbal blends that not only taste great but also have therapeutic benefits. She believes that tea should come from a place of health, where the land and the farmers are respected throughout the entire life of the ingredient.

Since founding the company in 2012, Lisa has dedicated her life to supporting the community, building a value-driven team, and creating a sustainable company that puts people and the planet first.
